Booking Rules

  • Maximum Length: 2 hours per reservation.
  • No Back-to-Back Bookings: Leave a time gap between sessions.
  • Daily Limit: 2 reservations per student each day.

How to Choose a Room

  • Browse by group size: Select the "Capacity: All Spaces" drop down menu at the top of this page to narrow your search.
  • View room features: Select the blue "Info" button next to each room's name to learn more.
