JCCC is implementing Microsoft’s self-service password reset. SSPR is a feature that empowers users to easily reset passwords and regain access to accounts without calling the Technical Support Center for help. Participate in a demo of this new feature designed for security, yet flexible enough to help faculty and staff stay focused on work without interruption.
