KCPDC - Digital Accessibility in Higher Education In-Person / Online

This Special Topics session is presented by Robert Beach

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has released updated regulations under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), establishing clear standards for digital accessibility. These changes directly impact how public institutions, including colleges and universities, design and deliver digital content and services.

What are these new requirements? How will they impact higher education institutions? What can we do to prepare? Are there exceptions or exemptions?

Join us for an informational session that will outline the key changes, explain what compliance now entails, and provide guidance on how our institutions can adapt to ensure equitable access for all.
