The intended audience for this training is supervisors who will be reviewing their employees’ self-appraisals and providing feedback to their employees in the PageUp system. Learning objectives for this session include:

- how to navigate the PageUp review system;
- what steps are included in the review cycle;
- best practices for providing feedback to your employees;
- and planning for goal setting with your employees for the new review cycle.
