Weight Training: Intermediate - Tuesdays & Thursdays In-Person

Tuesdays and Thursdays: Strength training with use of barbells, dumbbells, and bodyweight. There may be cardiovascular strengthening exercises included. 
Start date is subject to change.

Note: you will enter the weight room through either the GYM 022/025 door(s).
