Weight Training: Beginner (Thursdays) In-Person

This foundation class will teach you the basic movements of weight training. There will be strength training along with possible cardio and functional exercises to improve fitness, agility, and coordination.

Thursdays - The Thursday class meets in GYM 007 (separate registration from Mondays)

There will be NO classes on Sept. 4 and Sept. 18th.
