Step & Sculpt In-Person

In this step and sculpt class, participants step up, around, and down from a platform that's 4–12 inches high in different patterns. After the cardio portion of class, strength work will be completed. The strength portion of class may include: light weights, resistance bands, and/or bodyweight exercises.

Step-ups, in particular, can help improve balance and stabilization, and strengthen the legs individually. 

Beginners are welcome! Start at the beginning of the semester to ease your way into longer sessions of cardio-based training.
