Boot Camp In-Person

Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and supercharge your fitness in our Bootcamp class! This full-body workout blends the power of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) with strength training and cardio bursts to push your limits and ignite results.
Expect fast-paced circuits featuring dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight moves, and cardio intervals designed to build lean muscle, torch calories, and boost endurance. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your journey, modifications are available to meet you where you are.

This class will be in GYM 007 (fitness studio).
