Weight Training: Beginner (Mondays) In-Person
Mondays - The Monday class meets in GYM 022/025. This foundation class will teach you the basic movements of weight training There will be strength training along with some cardio and functional exercises to improve fitness, agility, and coordination.
There will be NO class on September 1 (Labor Day), September 15 and October 13
Thursdays - The Thursday class meets in GYM 007 (separate registration)
