Supervisor Orientation: Navigating Compliance and Performance In-Person

In this session, Employee relations will review critical components of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and everything in between as well as your role in these legal standards as a supervisor. Then Employee Relations will dive into all aspects of the performance management process. This includes PIP’s, Terminations, Disciplinary and Demotion measures, Year-end reviews, goal setting with employees, documentation, coaching and communication. Come prepared with questions to ask of our Human Resource Professionals.
