Pilates/Barre Fit Class In-Person

Pilates & Barre exercises are combined to give you a low-impact, full-body workout. 
You will be guided through a series of low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your body. All levels are encouraged. You must be able to get down to the floor, and back up, without any help. 

This class will be in GYM 007 (fitness studio).

There will be NO Classes on July 29
