CPR/AED In-Person

It’s a fact – cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) saves lives. Along with this, the correct use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) used during an emergency can save a life, too.

Emergency Care and Safety Institute CPR/AED is a 3-hour, single-session classroom course that teaches basic CPR and AED skills such as:
•    Giving CPR to a child (age 1 or above), or an adult
•    Using an AED
•    Using a mask or barrier device

The course provides employee training for:
•    Designated first responders/BELs/Police Dept.
•    Individuals needing credentialed training for a job or regulatory requirements
•    Select departments or an entire workplace

During the course, an Emergency Care and Safety Institute Instructor conducts lessons and works with employees to complete their CPR and AED skills practice and skills testing.

The Emergency Care and Safety Institute CPR/AED course completion card is valid for two years.
