This session will help attendees :
- Understand importance and Interpretation of Nonverbal Cues - such as fillers, tone, and body language - and interpret them effectively.
- Clarify the concept of professionalism, emphasizing its manifestation through actions rather than superficial attributes like attire or personal background. Explore methods to uphold professional standards consistently in diverse workplace scenarios.
- Acquire techniques for navigating interactions with colleagues possessing varied working styles and personalities, including strategies for managing challenging coworker dynamics.
- Receive guidance on fostering productive relationships with today's students despite generational differences
