This Verbal Conflict Resolution curriculum has been customized specifically for the higher education professional. The comprehensive elements of the Verbal Conflict Resolution curriculum are the result of successfully interacting with thousands of people, from all walks of life, who were in all levels of crises.  Whether it was a victim of a sexual assault, a workplace argument, a robbery or other traumatic event, we have learned what consistently works and what doesn't. As a result of our experiences, we have collectively identified the key concepts that have allowed us to be successful with multiple, real-world crises de-escalation scenarios, and include them within the V.C.R. curriculum.  The V.C.R. curriculum will provide the JCCC professional with personal tools that will further assist with effectively interacting with others who are experiencing an escalated height of emotion.
