It is a time to refuel our "teaching tanks" and build connections across disciplines and offices. Active participation is essential as it helps create a space where everyone can learn and grow.

 Thursday, May 16: From Reflection to Connection - Why Community Matters

Participants will think about the past academic year. Its highs and lows and how this experience can be used to refine education at JCCC. Time will be given to think through the ramifications of our experiences, what they could mean for the next academic year, and how authentic and connected communities of collaboration can be developed and thrive. Sessions will focus on data collection and translating data into informative understandings that aid decision-making and how sensemaking matters in our interpersonal endeavors.
